Who we are
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Pontegra Software Technologies B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can reach us about privacy questions at repofyr@pontegra.com.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. We use this information only to answer your request and to follow up on it. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
Your message is sent by email to our Repofyr mailbox through Microsoft 365. It is not stored in a database on this website. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up with you.
To protect the form from spam, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. It is loaded on every page of this website and sends information such as your IP address and browser interaction data to Google to assess whether a submission comes from a person. Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary cookies and storage are always active because the website and the contact form cannot work properly without them. Analytics cookies and cookies from embedded Google Maps are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Until you accept cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded on this website and receives no data from your visit. If you accept, Google Analytics collects usage data such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We use this data to improve the website and do not use it for advertising. Google processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
Embedded content and fonts
- Google Maps shows our office location on the home and pricing pages. The map is only loaded after you accept cookies. Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies on your device.
- Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to display this website. Google receives your IP address when the fonts load, but no cookies are set.
Changing your cookie choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Click the button below, or use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. When you reject cookies, we delete the Google Analytics cookies set on this website and stop loading Google Maps.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email repofyr@pontegra.com.
